Each quarter's box is available for preorder for a limited time. Simply place your order anytime during the open preorder window. We'll regularly add new themes - so keep an eye out! - Preorder Deadline
The closing date for preorders is always clearly listed on the product page and at checkout. Once the window closes, we begin preparing your box for shipment. - Shipping & Arrival
Boxes ship shortly after the preorder window closes — typically within a few days — and arrive within 1 business week of shipment. You’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

We're just getting started! At this time, we're not setting up active subscriptions or automatically charging you. You'll only be charged during check-out.

How does the preorder system work?
Each month’s box is available for preorder for a limited time. Once the preorder window closes, we begin assembling and shipping that month’s orders. The specific cutoff and ship dates are always listed on the product page.
When will my box arrive?
Boxes ship shortly after the preorder window closes and typically arrive within one business week of shipment. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package leaves our facility.
Can I buy past boxes?
Yes and no! We keep our popular themes available, but items in each box are subject to change based on availability. That being said, you can still explore your favorite tropes even after their original release.
New themes are introduced each quarter, adding fresh tales and sensations to discover alongside our existing collections.

Can I return or exchange a product?
For health and safety reasons, all sales are final. Once a box leaves our facility, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Due to the nature of the intimate wellness products we sell, all sales are final. Once an order has shipped, products are considered used and cannot be returned or exchanged. All shipped products are unable to be restocked or re-sold. We maintain a strict no-returns or exchanges policy to ensure the health and safety of every customer. This policy ensures the health, safety, and peace of mind of every member of our community.

Yes! Standard shipping within the continental United States is always free.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Once a package is in transit, it’s under the care of the carrier. We’re not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, but if your box arrives damaged, please reach out — we’ll do our best to make it right.
Will my box be shipped discreetly?
Absolutely. Every Novel Pleasures box is shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. The sender’s name will not reference Novel Pleasures, ensuring your privacy from checkout to delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet! At this time, we ship only within the continental U.S., but international shipping is something we’re exploring for the future.
