Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping within the continental United States.
Our boxes are available for preorder each month. Orders are accepted throughout the month, and shipping begins after the preorder window closes. The specific ship date is always listed at checkout and on your order confirmation.

Please note that we do not currently ship outside the continental U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. Novel Pleasures is not responsible for any packages lost in transit or marked as delivered but subsequently misplaced or stolen.
If your package appears delayed or lost, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Discretion & Privacy

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging for your privacy — your intimacy is safe with us.
